$\Rightarrow 8(7x-8)=5(3x-2)$

$\Rightarrow 56x-64=15x-10$

$\Rightarrow 56x-15x=64-10$

$\Rightarrow 41x=54$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{54}{41}$

Hence the value of $x$ is $\frac{54}{41}$.
