Solution

The correct option is D ADH
Diabetes insipidus is a rare disorder which causes excess urination in the affected person. Kidneys are unable to concentrate the urine due to insufficient production of antidiuretic hormone (ADH).
During diabetes insipidus, the body is unable to produce ADH or antidiuretic hormone in sufficient amount so as to prevent the excess loss of water through urination. Hence, kidneys are unable to concentrate the urine causing excess urine production.

Hence , option D is correct .
