Differentiate between vaccination and sterilization.

Vaccination means administration of antigenic material to attain immunity towards particular disease whereas sterilization means killing of microbes either by heating, boiling, chemical reaction or by applying high pressure.
Sterilisation is used to destroy micro organism like bacteria while vaccination is used to prevent patient from being diseased.

Eg: polio vaccination to prevent from poliomyelitis.
