1.Proteins-- They are required for growth nad repair in the body .
2.Carbohydrates--Main source of energy.
3.Fats--Concentrate source of energy also required for formation of some hormones.
4.Calcium--required in greater quantity as the body is growing and bone also need to grow.
5.Iron--Growing body requires sufficient blood to help perform many bodily activities.
6.Zn--Maturation of the reproductive organs needs Zn.
Apart from these vitamins and minerals also needed in balanced amount .
