Question
Does conception happen in the fallopian tube?

Solution
Conception in fallopian tube:
The male gamete, i.e., sperm, and the female gamete, i.e., ovum fuse together to form a zygote, a process known as fertilization.
The zygote is then implanted into the ampulla of the fallopian tube.
Further stages take place in the implanted zygote and then in the endometrium of the uterus.
