The correct option is D bromoethane, ethene
$C H_{2} = C H_{2} + H B r \to C H_{3} - C H_{2} - B r$

$C H_{3} - C H_{2} - B r + A g_{2} O H_{2} O - - \to C H_{3} - C H_{2} - O H + A g B r$

$C H_{3} - C H_{2} - O H + A l_{2} O_{3} 300^{0} C - -- \to C H_{2} = C H_{2}$

Moist $A g_{2} O$ releases $O H^{-}$ in low concentration as $A g O H$ is a weak base.

When ethyl bromide is treated with moist $A g_{2} O$ it gives ethyl alcohol as the major product.
