We need to find value of $(- 2 a + 5 b - 3 c)^{2}$
Suitable identity is $(x + y + z)^{2} = x^{2} + y^{2} + z^{2} + 2 x y + 2 y z + 2 x z$
Here $x = - 2 a, y = 5 b$ and $z = - 3 c$
Therefore, the value of $(- 2 a + 5 b - 3 c)^{2}$ is
$= (- 2 a)^{2} + (5 b)^{2} + (- 3 c)^{2} + 2 (- 2 a) (5 b) + 2 (5 b) (- 3 c) + 2 (- 2 a) (- 3 c)$
$= 4 a^{2} + 25 b^{2} + 9 c^{2} - 20 a b - 30 b c + 12 a c$
