The three measures to overcome the communication barriers are :

(i) Be aware of languages, tone, and content of message. Language, tone, and content of the message should be so adjusted according to the situation so that it is easily understood by the receiver and stimulates them.

(ii) Convey things of help and value to listeners. To get a good response from the subordinates, it should be ensured that the message relates to their interests.

(iii) Ensure feedback. For the success of communication, response of the listeners should be encouraged by the manager.
