Three personal barriers to communication:

1. Lack of vocabulary: It arises when the sender sends or uses some words for which the receiver doesn't comprehend properly.
2. Lack of knowledge: It arises when the sender as well as the receiver have no knowledge about the subject matter.
3. Lack of hearing: This arises when the receiver keeps on listening but doesn't apply his mind. The receiver listens what he needs to listen and gives no attention to other aspects of work.
