d,r of the line making equal angle with co-ordinate axis is (1,1,1)

d,r of line $\overrightarrow{b}$ is (1,1,1) & point on line

$\overrightarrow{a}$ is (-5,1,-2)

$\therefore$ equation of line is:

$\frac{x-(-5)}{1}=\frac{y-1}{1}=\frac{z-(-2)}{1}$

$\frac{x+5}{1}=\frac{y-1}{1}=\frac{z+2}{1}$
