The FBDs of the blocks are as shown

From the FBD of 4 kg block, we have
N1=2g=20 N
f1=μN1=(0.42)(20)=8.4 N

From the FBD of 6 kg block, we have
N2=N1+6g=20+60=80 N
f2=μN2=0.42×80=33.6 N

Given, acceleration of the block of mass 6 kg, a=1.5 m/s2
from FBD of 6 kg block, we get
Ff1f2=6a
F=6×1.5+8.4+33.6=51 N
