First of all we need to check what is the friction available for all the three blocks.
For Block (A):

N1=30g=300 N
f3 max=μN1=(0.3)(300)=90 N

For Block (B):


N=40g=400 N
f2 max=μN=0.2×400=80 N

Similarly, for block (C):


N=60g=600 N
f1 max=μN=(0.1)×600=60 N

So, the minimum driving force required to start slipping at any point of the system is 60 N.
