Equivalent capacitance of the given circuit will be

Ceq=C1×C2C1+C2+C3

Ceq=4×44+4+4=2+4=6μF

Charge supplied to capacitors is given by
Q=CV

Q=CeqV=6×106×2=12×106C

Work done by battery is

W=QΔV=12×106×2=24μJ
