The correct option is D 0V in circuit I and 2V in circuit II
In the circuit I, the key is open so current in the circuit is zero. Therefore the voltmeter gives 0V reading.
In the circuit II, if we take ammeter as an ideal ammeter then we can see voltmeter and battery are connected in parallel so reading of voltmeter is equal to the voltage of battery i.e. reading of the voltmeter is 2V.
