The correct option is D 0V in circuit I and 2V in circuit II
In the Fig I , the key is open so no current flow in the ammeter. Thus the reading of voltmeter will be zero.
In the fig II, the key is closed and the current in the circuit I=22=1A. Thus the voltmeter reading = voltage across 2Ω =2I=2 V
