For saturation,

ID=Kn(VGSVt)2

ID=μnCox2WL(VGSVt)2

=12×100×106×2(V0)2

By applying KVL in outer loop,

VDD=ID×10kΩ+V0

2=100×106V20×104+V0

0=V20+V02

V0=1V

VDS=VGSVTh

V0=VinVTh

Vin=VGS=V0+VTh=1+0.5=1.5V
