Solution

Step 1: Finding the required sum of the algebraic expression

First, adding 7-2xand 5+4x-5x3

7-2x+5+4x-5x3=7-2x+5+4x-5x3=-5x3+2x+12...(i)

Now, finding the sum of 4x3-7xand-x3-x+1

4x3-7x+-x3-x+1=4x3-7x-x3-x+1=3x3-8x+1...(ii)
Step 2: Finding the difference in an algebraic expression

Now, subtracting eqn(ii) from eqn(i), we get

-5x3+2x+12-3x3-8x+1=-5x3+2x+12-3x3+8x-1=-8x3+10x+11
Hence, the final answer is -8x3+10x+11
