Solution
Pour 200ml of water into a beaker.
Now add at least 2 gm of salt into a beaker.
Stir the solution properly with a glass rod until salt dissolves completely.
Again add 2gm salt to the given solution and stir it again with a glass rod.
We go on adding more and more salt into the water with constant stirring to dissolve it.
After adding more and more salt we will find the salt is left undissolved at bottom of the beaker.
This means that no more salt can be dissolved in the given quantity of water.
Now if we heat the solution and add more salt into the solution, then we find that salt starts dissolving into the water because on increasing the temperature the solubility will also increase.
