Water table of City A is likely to be greater


We know that source of the water table is seeping of rainwater or other sources of water through the soil. In the case of city A, the seeping of water is easy as compared to city B. This is because of the presence of pavements in city B which makes seeping of water difficult. So water table in city A is likely to be greater than water table in city B.
