Puberty:

  1. Puberty is the period during adolescence when the production of germ cells i.e., ova (female) and sperm (male) starts in the body.
  2. This period of sexual maturity is called puberty.

Menopause:

It is the ending of the menstrual cycle which takes place at the age of 45 to 50 years. It is the end of a woman's reproductive life.

Menstrual:

  1. Menstruation is a woman's monthly bleeding, often called “period.”
  2. When fertilization had not taken place, the uterine lining breaks and comes out through the vagina as blood and mucus.
  3. This is called menstruation.

Menarche

  1. In a girl, it is the beginning of the menstrual cycle when she attains puberty at the age of 10 to 15 years.
  2. It is the beginning of women's reproductive life.

Reproductive age

  1. In a woman's life, reproductive age will be between menarche and menopause.
