The correct option is B potential difference across 4μF capacitor is 2.5 V
Here, C1=1μF,C2=4μF and C3=6||3=6+3=9μF and V1=10V
In series, charge is constant so V1C
Thus, V2V1=C1C2=14V2=(1/4)V1=(1/4)(10)=2.5V
and V3V1=C1C3=19V3=(1/9)V1=(1/9)(10)=10/9V
As capacitor 3 and 6 are in parallel so potential of each will be equal i,e V3=10/9V
Total emf is E=V1+V2+V3=10+2.5+10/9=13.6V
