    1. Rational thinking and time-management help in overcoming stress.
    2. Yoga, meditation, sports, and hobbies increase self-esteem and help in releasing stress.
    3. Adolescence is also a time with a lot of energy and so physical exercise is important to keep the body fit and to overcome stress.
