Solution

Kidneys:

  1. Kidneys are one of the most essential organs in our body as it aids in removing toxins and additional water from our body and filter our blood.
  2. Apart from that, it serves other important purposes.
  3. Kidney failure occurs when the kidneys are unable to properly remove toxic wastes from our bodies. It is also referred to as renal failure.

Symptoms of kidney failure:

  1. Fatigue – People will feel more tired and unable to concentrate. They may also feel nauseated and vomit.
  2. Swelling – When our kidneys do not function properly, we experience sodium and fluid retention, which causes swelling in our ankles and feet.
  3. Reduced urine output – A decrease in urine output (compared to the average) may also indicate a kidney problem.
  4. Chest pains – Another symptom of kidney failure is chest pain and shortness of breath.
