• It can cause hormonal imbalances, increased anxiety, etc, especially in those animals that are closely associated with humans, for example, dogs, cats, cattle, birds, etc
• This may have a negative effect on their population, reduction in number, migration and in worst cases extinction

This, in turn, will have an impact on the food chain and ecosystem.
