The correct option is A 9 litres
Speed of water =30 cm/s ;
Area of pipe =5 cm2;

Volume flowing per unit time =30 cm/s×5 cm2=150 cm3/s
1 Litre=1000 cm3

Volume flowing per unit time =0.15 Litre/sec

In 1 minute water that will flow=0.15 ×60 Litres
=9 Litres
