Since number of molecules $\propto$ number of moles,
Hence,
$\frac{N_{C H_{4}}}{N_{S O_{2}}} = \frac{n_{C H_{4}}}{n_{S O_{2}}} = \frac{M_{S O_{2}}}{M_{C H_{4}}}$

$\frac{N_{C H_{4}}}{X} = \frac{64}{16}$

$N_{C H_{4}} = 4 \times X$
