Given,
The ratio in which the chocolates to be divided = X : Y= 1 : 4

Sum of terms = 1 + 4 = 5

Total number of chocolates = 20
Value of each part
= 205
= 4 chocolates

Value of 4 parts
=4× 4
= 16 chocolates
X receives 4 chocolates and Y receives 16 chocolates.

Hence, the difference in the chocolates received by them is
16 - 4 = 12 chocolates
