The correct option is B4 days
Let 1 man's 1 days' work = x and 1 boy's 1 days' work = y Then
6x+8y=110..............(i)
26x+48y=12..............(ii)
Performing (i) x 6 - (ii) we get
(36x+48y)−(26x+48y)=610−12⇒10x=110⇒x=1100
Putting x=1100in(i)weget6100+8y=110
⇒8y=110−6100=4100⇒y=1200
∴ (15 men's+20 boys') 1 days' work = =15100+20200=14
∴ 15 men and 20 boys shall complete the work in 4 days
