If water is formed by 2 atoms of hydrogen and 1 atom of oxygen. then can 4 atoms of hydrogen and 2 atoms of oxygen form water. If no then why?

Hi,
2 atoms of hydrogen combine with 1 atom of oxygen to form 1 molecule of water.
So 4 hydrogen atoms combine with 2 atoms of oxygen to form 2 molecules of water.
