The correct option is A 4.4 m2
Here, the length, h of the cylindrical pipe=28m

Radius r=52 cm=52×100 m=5200 m=140 m

Total radiating surface in the system = CSA of the pipe

=2πrh

=2×227×140×28

=447×140×28 m2

=111×110×4 m2

=4410

=4.4 m2

Hence, area of total radiating surface is 4.4 m2
