Solution

The correct option is A 764
Say:
The digit at tens place is 2 greater than the digit at ones place.
The digit at hundreds place is 3 greater than the digit at ones place.
The digit at ones place is 4.
Let us find the number.
Step:
The digit at tens place =2 greater than the digit at ones place =2+4=6
The digit at hundreds place =3 greater than the digit at ones place =3+4=7
So, the number has 7 at the hundreds place, 6 at the tens place, and 4 at the ones place.
So, the number =7 hundreds +6 tens +4 ones =700+60+4=764
Hence, option A is the correct answer.

Probing Q: If the digit at tens place was 2 smaller than the digit at ones place, what will be the number?

A: Digit at ones place =4
Digit at hundreds place =4+3=7
Digit at tens place =42=2
