Fraction of voters who voted for candidate A $= \frac{17}{20}$

Fraction of voters who voted for candidate B $= \frac{2}{15}$

Fraction of voters who voted for candidates other than A and B $= 1 - (\frac{17}{20} + \frac{2}{15})$

L.C. M of $(20, 15) = 60$

$= 1 - (\frac{51 + 8}{60})$

$= 1 - (\frac{59}{60}) = \frac{60 - 59}{60} = \frac{1}{60}$
