The correct option is A 0.4 A, 100 W
Using ideal conditions and transformer equation, we have

IpIs=NsNp

Ip=NsNp×Is

Substituting the values,

Ip=120×8=0.4 A

Since. the transformer is ideal,

Output power = Input power

Ps=Pp=VpIp

Ps=250×0.4=100 W

Hence, option (A) is correct.
