Initiall the charge on each capacitors is calculated by using Q=CV as shown in the figure below,


Let, the final potential difference across each capacitors be E.


From the conservation of charge,

Initial charge =Final charge

(6CV2CV)=2CE3CE

E=4V5

Finally:

Charge on 2C,

q2c=2C(4V5)=+8CV5

Charge on 3C,

q3c=3C(4V5)=12CV5
