As the capacitors 5 and 15 are in series so potential across 5 is $V_{A} - V_{B} = \frac{C_{2}}{C_{1} + C_{2}} (V_{A} - V_{C})$
or, $2000 - V_{B} = \frac{15}{5 + 15} (2000 - 0)$
or $2000 - V_{B} = 1500 \Rightarrow V_{B} = 2000 - 1500 = 500 V$
