We can redraw the given circuit as follows,


At steady state, current through the capacitor is zero, hence we can redraw the given circuit as follows.

From the figure,

Let, C1=6 μFC2=2 μF

As C1,C2 are in series q is same, q=C1V1=C2V2

V1V2=C2C1=26=13...(1)

V1+V2=100...(2)

Solving (1) & (2)
V2=(31+3)100=34×100

V2=75 V
