Let the angle between base and hypotenuse be θ.

In XYZ,
sinθ=YZXZ
YZ=XZ×sinθ
YZ=asinθ

Now,
ar(XYZ)=12×YZ×XYab4=12×asinθ×b12×ab2=ab2×sinθsinθ=12θ=30
