$\therefore$ ar(ABCD) = ar(CDEF)
$\Rightarrow$ ar(CDEF) = 22 sq.cm

If a parallelogram and a triangle are on same base and between same parallels, the area of triangle is half the area of parallelogram.
$\therefore$ ar(ABCD) = 2 $\times$ ar(ABE)
$\Rightarrow$ ar(ABCD) = 2 $\times$ 15 =30 sq.cm

Two triangles having same base and between same parallels are equal in area.
$\therefore$ ar(ABC) = ar(ABD)
$\Rightarrow$ ar(ABD) = 25 sq.cm
