Okk sir you are saying that eukaryotes do not have restriction enzymes okk now please explain me that how does the Ti plasmid insert the T DNA into plant cell chromosomes...????

Ti Plasmid is present in a bacterium called Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Ti plasmid has a segment called T-DNA,
T-DNA can cut and attach to the plant DNA on its own with the help of enzymes.It has genes which can produces these enzymes for cutting and joing to plant DNA.
