The initial angular velocity ${\omega }_0=0sec$ and angular velocity after 10 seconds sec $\omega =\frac{400}{10}=40\frac{rad}{sec}$

Therefore angular acceleration sec $\alpha =\frac{\omega -{\omega }_0}{t}=\frac{40-0}{10}=4\frac{rad}{{sec}^2}$

Angular velocity after 20 seconds,$\omega ={\omega }_0+\alpha t=0+4\ast 20=80\frac{rad}{sec}$
