For HCl and AgNO3, normality = molarity
So, 0.2 N HCl = 0.2 M HCl and 0.2 N AgNO3 = 0.2 M AgNO3

HCl + AgNO3 Ag+ + Cl- + H+ + NO3-0.2 0.2

Number of moles of NO3- ions in the resulting solution = 0.2
Total volume of solution = 100 + 100 = 200 ml = 0.2 L
Molarity of nitrate ions in the resulting solution = 0.2/0.2 = 1 M
