Solution

An amoeba and a worm are very different in their body design. Amoeba is a unicellular organism (made up of single cell) whereas worm is a multicellular organism (its body is made up of many cells). Worm has different organs for performing different functions like reproductive system and digestive system. Each organ in it is made up of a group of specialised cells whereas in amoeba there is only a single cell that perform all the functions to keep it alive. It has no separate organs for different functions.
