Let the radius of base and height of the cylinder be r and h respectively.

Given: Circumference of base = 110 cm

⇒ 2πr = 110 cm ...(i)

and Curved surface area = 4400 cm²

⇒ 2Ï€rh = 4400 cm²

⇒ 110 cm × h = 4400 cm²

⇒ h = 4400/110 = 40 cm

Hence, required height of the cylinder is 40 cm
