Open in App
Solution

In Asexual Reproduction, a single parent is involved. It produces off springs without reduction division and fusion of gametes. Thus, the genetic makeup of the off springs remains the same as in parents. It has various modes like Budding, Fission, regeneration etc.

In Sexual reproduction, two parents (One male and one female) are involved. The male parent releases male gamete and the female parent releases egg. The male and female gametes are haploid and they fuse and form diploid zygote.
