In 25 min, the same distance can be cover with speed =$\frac{40000}{25}=1600m/min$
$=\frac{1600}{1000}\times 60=16\times 6=96km/h[\because 1m=\frac{1}{1000}kmand1min=\frac{1}{60}h]$
