$\therefore$ Pass marks = 150 - 25 \% of 150

$=150-\frac{25}{100}\times 150$

$=150-37.5$

$=112.5$

Marks of rajesh $=165$

Difference of rajesh's marks from pass marks

$=165-112.5$

$=52.5$

$\therefore$ Percentage of rajesh marks exceed the pass mark

$=\frac{52.5}{112.5}\times 100$
