Solution

Total glasses of lemonade required = 24

Given, for every 3 glasses of lemonade Raj uses 8 teaspoons of sugar.

To find the total number of teaspoons of sugar used, first we have to find how many groups of 3 glasses are there in total 24 glasses.

24 ÷ 3 = 8 groups
Each group gets 8 teaspoons of sugar.
So, total number of teaspoons of sugar required = 8 × 8 = 64

Thus, 64 teaspoons of sugar are required to make 24 glasses of lemonade.
