Remaining number of pencils $=12-6=6$

Total SP of $6$ pencils at $₹9$ per pencil
$=6\times ₹9=₹54$

Total SP of dozen pencils $=₹66+₹54=₹120$

Since SP $=$ CP, there is no loss or profit.
