CP of one pencil =10
CP of 12 pencils =12×10=120

Total SP of 6 pencils at 11 per pencil
=6×11=66

Remaining number of pencils =126=6

Total SP of 6 pencils at 9 per pencil
=6×9=54

Total SP of dozen pencils =66+54=120

Since SP = CP, there is no loss or profit.
