The fruits have fibres which are present in the juice extracted from them. This will persist even if the fruits are peeled properly and juiced well. If the juice is extracted from rotten fruits, the fibres will still be present and it might even smell bad.

These fibres are the cell wall of the fruits that are made up of cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, proteins, etc.
The bottled juice products purchased from markets are treated with enzymes such as pectinases and proteases to break the cell wall components of the fruits and increase the yield i.e the juice extracted from each fruit and also make the juice appear clearer.
