The 2 major coronary arteries are the left and right major coronary arteries.
Left important coronary artery (LMCA). The left important coronary artery elements blood to the left facet of the coronary heart muscle (the left ventricle and left atrium).
Right coronary artery (RCA). The proper coronary artery elements blood to the proper ventricle, the proper atrium, and the SA (sinoatrial) and AV (atrioventricular) nodes, which adjust the coronary heart rhythm. The correct coronary artery divides into smaller branches, such as the correct posterior descending artery and the intense marginal artery.
